From Prototype to Series
Our sheet metal processing encompasses the entire process chain – for prototypes, small series, or near-production assemblies. Typical processes are performed in-house or through specialized partners:- CNC-controlled punching, laser cutting and nibbling
- Bending, embossing, pressing in of fasteners
- Spot welding, thread cutting, stud welding
- Deburring, surface finishing, powder coating
- Assembly of electronic components
Functional integration included
Our sheet metal parts do more than just provide protection. They serve as thermal dissipators (e.g., in combination with heat sinks), as EMC shielding, as mounting supports, or are directly integrated into the functionality of the assembly – for example, through integrated air ducts, spring systems, or partitions for electrical insulation.
We check feasibility, tolerances, and production-ready design right from the development phase. Upon request, we can support you with CAD-supported sheet metal design (2D/3D), FEM analysis, and rapid prototyping.
Quality that goes into series production All sheet metal parts are subject to a documented quality process. For critical applications, we check dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and mechanical strength – including test reports according to customer specifications. We coordinate series-ready solutions in close collaboration with design, purchasing, and assembly.
