CUSTOM 19" POWER CABINETS WITH UL 508A-ORIENTED ENGINEERING

TPS develops custom 19" power cabinet solutions for high-density integration of programmable power supplies and industrial control systems. The focus of this category is on configurable cabinet architecture rather than fixed standard enclosures. Depending on project requirements, cabinets can be designed as integrated solutions combining a power distribution cabinet and a 19-inch rack, with customer-specific electrical, mechanical and control features. For demanding applications, TPS supports cabinet solutions engineered in accordance with UL 508A and aligned with NFPA 79 and ISO 13849 requirements. Key project options include custom power module integration, cabinet temperature and humidity control, audible and visual alarm systems, remote display/control functions and further customer-specific technical adaptations. Complementary 19" chassis are also available for rack-based device integration, but the main focus of this category is on customizable cabinet solutions with advanced safety and power-distribution design.

TPS custom 19-inch power cabinets are designed for projects where high power density, electrical safety and project-specific configuration are essential. The cabinet concept combines industrial enclosure engineering with integrated power distribution, high-current DC busbars and a 19-inch rack structure for demanding system layouts.

Depending on the application, cabinets can be customized in terms of internal layout, mounting concept, power distribution, cable routing, thermal management, monitoring, alarms and control functions. Remote control and display functions can also be customized according to customer requirements.

For safety-critical projects, TPS supports UL 508A-oriented cabinet engineering with protective devices, SCCR-oriented design strategy, safety door interlocks, dual-channel emergency-stop functions and safety relay integration.
