Do you support copper and aluminium windings?
Yes. We wind both conductors (round, flat wire, litz) and size cross-sections/insulation for losses, thermal limits and standards.
What tests are standard?
Electrical: DCR, L/Q, polarity, hipot/IR; thermal checks per spec. All results are documented and traceable.
Planar or toroidal – which is better?
Planar enables low profile and good cooling; toroidal minimises leakage and noise. We choose based on core and application.
Do you offer rewinding/repair?
Yes. Stator/rotor rewinding incl. slot insulation, VPI and final test – or complete new manufacture.
Typical lead times?
Quotes in 24–48 h. Prototypes from 1–3 weeks, series per material & test scope.
