What is an intelligent manufacturing system?
Connected machines, sensors and software share data to optimize quality, throughput and maintenance — typically via SCADA/MES with analytics.
PLC or DCS — which fits?
PLC/IPC for discrete machines and fast motion; DCS for large continuous processes. We often combine both and link them to SCADA/MES.
Do you build both machines and product assemblies?
Yes. We deliver electro-mechanical product assemblies and custom automation equipment — from one source.
Pneumatics & vacuum?
Complete FRL station designs incl. regulators, dryers, filters, valves, cylinders, push-in fittings and NRVs — plus vacuum filters and ejectors.
