In 2009, we at TPS Elektronik began manufacturing wound components (Wickelgüter) at our dedicated production facility in China.
This gave us the ability to have better control over selection of materials and winding parameters, which greatly impacted production quality. The closeness of R&D and manufacturing gives us the ability to quickly design, prototype, and test custom coil solutions. Our logistics capabilities ensure rapid delivery to Europe while meeting industry standards, resulting in reliable solutions that power demanding applications in sectors such as power electronics, automotive, and renewable energy.
Our automated winding lines include multiple in-process inspections. Manufactured components give us the choice of core and wire materials, and the ability to optimize each winding parameter. This degree of process control ensures consistent inductance and magnetic performance in every batch, leading to a lower defect rate and components that meet automotive and industrial standards.
