If you contact us by email or contact form, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for possible follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

6. Legal Basis of Processing

The legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Under certain circumstances, the processing of personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. In this case, Art. 6 (1) (d) GDPR would be the legal basis for the processing. Processing operations may also be based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

This is the case if the processing of your personal data by us is based on a legitimate interest of our company or a third party.

7. Deletion or Blocking of Data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. 10. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: Google), for statistical evaluation of our online offering. This includes, for example, the number of visits to our online offering, subpages visited, and the length of time visitors stay. The legal basis for data processing is your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies” and other browser technologies to evaluate user behavior and recognize users. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Google has certified itself according to the so-called “EU-US Data Privacy Framework.” According to the corresponding adequacy decision of the EU Commission, we can therefore assume that Google’s data processing in the USA provides a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU.

You can prevent cookies from being stored by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: Browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics. We have no influence on the specific storage period of the processed data; it is determined by Google. Further information on data processing by Google Analytics can be found in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

11. Google Ads (Conversion Tracking)

We use the online advertising program “Google Ads.” Within the framework of Google Ads, we use so-called conversion tracking to measure the success of our advertising measures. Cookies are set when you visit our website if you click on one of our Google ads. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.

If you visit certain pages of our website, both Google and we can recognize that you clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to our site. Each Google Ads customer (= each Google advertising partner) receives different cookies. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of different Google Ads customers. The information collected using conversion cookies helps us compile so-called conversion statistics in order to analyze the effectiveness of our Google advertising measures. For this purpose, we receive from Google the total number of users who clicked on our ad and were redirected to our site. We do not receive any information with which we could personally identify you as a visitor to the site.

The processing of your personal data within the scope of conversion tracking is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this purpose or generally prevent it via browser settings. Further information can be found in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Regarding data processing by Google in the USA, please also note the information in the section on “Google Analytics.”

Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and itself processes personal data only for technically necessary purposes. Google Tag Manager loads other components, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

The processing of your personal data within the scope of conversion tracking is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. Further information about Google Tag Manager can be found in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
