Celle-ci exige que les produits :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent pas de perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques excessives (\u00e9missions) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conservent un niveau de performance acceptable en pr\u00e9sence de perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (immunit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La conformit\u00e9 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9montr\u00e9e au moyen d\u2019essais CEM structur\u00e9s, d\u2019une documentation technique compl\u00e8te et d\u2019une D\u00e9claration UE de Conformit\u00e9 (DoC) dans le cadre du marquage CE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet article pr\u00e9sente :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la diff\u00e9rence entre essais d\u2019\u00e9missions CEM et essais d\u2019immunit\u00e9 CEM ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un montage d\u2019essai reproductible pour les \u00e9missions conduites ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection des \u00e9quipements et syst\u00e8mes d\u2019essais d\u2019immunit\u00e9 CEM ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le passage de la pr\u00e9-conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la certification CEM formelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Points cl\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La <a href=\"https:\/\/tps-elektronik.com\/fr\/services\/laboratoire-cem\/\">directive europ\u00e9enne CEM <\/a>constitue la base r\u00e9glementaire des exigences CEM dans le cadre du marquage CE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une d\u00e9marche structur\u00e9e inclut la planification, la pr\u00e9-conformit\u00e9, les essais en laboratoire accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 et une documentation rigoureuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 des mesures d\u2019\u00e9missions conduites d\u00e9pend notamment du positionnement du LISN, de la mise \u00e0 la terre et du routage des c\u00e2bles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les essais d\u2019immunit\u00e9 \u00e9valuent le comportement fonctionnel sous des perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques d\u00e9finies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le choix d\u2019un laboratoire accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 peut contribuer \u00e0 limiter les risques techniques et les retards de planning lors de la certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1536\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/tps-elektronik.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/1_EL_Blog_2_B.jpg\" alt=\"EMV-Labor mit anechoischer Kammer f\u00fcr Emissions- und St\u00f6rfestigkeitspr\u00fcfungen gem\u00e4\u00df Europ\u00e4ischer EMV-Richtlinie.\" class=\"wp-image-7234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tps-elektronik.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/1_EL_Blog_2_B.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/tps-elektronik.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/1_EL_Blog_2_B-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1536px) 100vw, 1536px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essais d\u2019\u00e9missions CEM : ma\u00eetriser les perturbations \u00e0 la source<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/tps-elektronik.com\/fr\/services\/laboratoire-cem\/\">essais d\u2019\u00e9missions CEM<\/a> v\u00e9rifient que l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique non intentionnelle g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par un \u00e9quipement reste dans les limites pr\u00e9vues par les normes applicables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux cat\u00e9gories principales sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9missions rayonn\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mesur\u00e9es en chambre an\u00e9cho\u00efque ou semi-an\u00e9cho\u00efque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilisation d\u2019antennes calibr\u00e9es et de r\u00e9cepteurs EMI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9valuation du champ \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique sur des plages de fr\u00e9quences sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9missions conduites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un LISN (Line Impedance Stabilization Network)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse des perturbations sur les lignes d\u2019alimentation et de signal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9valuation au moyen de d\u00e9tecteurs normalis\u00e9s, par exemple quasi-peak (QP) et average (AVG)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mise en place d\u2019un montage d\u2019essai reproductible pour les \u00e9missions conduites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un montage d\u2019essai ma\u00eetris\u00e9 contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019incertitude de mesure et \u00e0 \u00e9viter des it\u00e9rations inutiles de conception. Les param\u00e8tres critiques incluent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la longueur et le routage des c\u00e2bles ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la configuration du plan de masse ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le positionnement et le raccordement du LISN ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les r\u00e9glages du r\u00e9cepteur et la bande passante utilis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De l\u00e9g\u00e8res variations dans la configuration peuvent influencer les r\u00e9sultats. Planification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifier les normes harmonis\u00e9es applicables (UE et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, autres march\u00e9s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9finir les modes de fonctionnement, accessoires et configurations repr\u00e9sentatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stabiliser les versions mat\u00e9rielles et logicielles avant les essais formels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Essais de pr\u00e9-conformit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Des essais en amont permettent de d\u00e9tecter des points sensibles avant la r\u00e9servation d\u2019une chambre accr\u00e9dit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outils fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sondes de champ proche ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9cepteurs EMI portables ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cellules GTEM ou salles avec absorbants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9-conformit\u00e9 ne se substitue pas aux essais normatifs, mais elle peut contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les cycles de modification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Essais formels en laboratoire accr\u00e9dit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En laboratoire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les essais d\u2019\u00e9missions et d\u2019immunit\u00e9 sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s selon les normes applicables ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le comportement de l\u2019EUT est document\u00e9 pour chaque condition d\u2019essai ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les versions logicielles et observations pertinentes sont consign\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
